What is the difference between semi-sheer and non-sheer cotton?

Semi-sheer, also known as voile or lawn, is a light-weight soft cotton. It is a great spring/summer fabrication. You can see a slight outline of your body, but the fabric is not completely sheer.

Do the pajamas shrink?

All 100% cotton shrinks. BedHead has taken this into consideration when creating the patterns. Both the voile and cotton sateen shrink about 2-3%, and the flannels about 5%. We have allowed for this with extra length on the sleeve and the pant in both fabrications. Both the flannel and cotton pajamas should be washed in cold water and dried in a low-heat dryer.

What separates BedHead from other brands?

Owner/designer Renee Claire designs the majority of the prints you see on the site. They are unique to BedHead, and therefore you will not see them used in other pajama lines. We use only the highest quality cotton available and pride ourselves in the fine craftsmanship of the garment. There is an addictive quality to the pajamas and people have been known to acquire 10’s of pairs!

If I am in between sizes, should I go up or down a size?

People that are in between sizes should order the next size up to ensure the proper length of the sleeves and the pants.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, BedHead ships to most countries in the world. Please note that MANY countries charge duty/tax when the shipment arrives in that country, which can often amount to 35% of the value of the shipment.

Can I order by phone?

We are happy to take orders via phone if you do not wish to place your order online. We can be reached at  (844) 373-9985 and are open Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.  Orders can be placed on the weekends by calling our retail store at (323) 653-8336.

What forms of payment do you accept?

BedHead accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or C.O.D.

Is it safe to use my credit card on

Yes, shopping at BedHead is safe. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you and BedHead ever see it.

Is my personal information kept private?

BedHead is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our web site. We do not share you personal information with any other companies.

Is it too late to make changes to my order?

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact BedHead with your order number. You may contact us at (844) 373-9985 and please remember to have your order number ready. We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 2 business days. A typical order shipped by FedEx to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 4 to 8 business days to reach its destination once it is shipped.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not in love with your BedHead purchase, we will gladly exchange your pajama or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be returned with all tags attached and must be unwashed/unused. Please include original invoice with all exchanges/returns.  There is a return shipping fee of $8.00 to send replacement items back to you. If you were given BedHead as a gift, please make sure to include either a credit card number or check for $8.00 for this cost to avoid delay of your exchange.  Please note that separate charges will apply for Canada and International orders.  **ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any marked down items.

Where do I send returned items?

Please ship returned items to: BedHead Pajamas ATTN: Returns Processing, Komar Distribution Services, 11850 Riverside Drive, Mira Loma CA 91752.  We will credit your credit card within 7 days of receiving the item back to us.

How do I process an exchange?

Please send the item back to: BedHead Pajamas ATTN: Returns Processing, Komar Distribution Services, 11850 Riverside Drive, Mira Loma CA 91752. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice or a note including your full name, address, and phone number. Let us know what item you would like in exchange, and we will charge or credit the credit card you originally used to place your order if there is a difference in price. Please also note that there is a $8 charge to send the new item back to you.
