What is the difference between semi-sheer and non-sheer cotton?
Semi-sheer, also known as voile or lawn, is a light-weight soft cotton. It is a great spring/summer fabrication. You can see a slight outline of your body, but the fabric is not completely sheer.
Do the pajamas shrink?
All 100% cotton shrinks. BedHead has taken this into consideration when creating the patterns. Both the voile and cotton sateen shrink about 2-3%, and the flannels about 5%. We have allowed for this with extra length on the sleeve and the pant in both fabrications. Both the flannel and cotton pajamas should be washed in cold water and dried in a low-heat dryer.
What separates BedHead from other brands?
Owner/designer Renee Claire designs the majority of the prints you see on the site. They are unique to BedHead, and therefore you will not see them used in other pajama lines. We use only the highest quality cotton available and pride ourselves in the fine craftsmanship of the garment. There is an addictive quality to the pajamas and people have been known to acquire 10’s of pairs!
If I am in between sizes, should I go up or down a size?
People that are in between sizes should order the next size up to ensure the proper length of the sleeves and the pants.
Can I custom order BedHead?
Yes. If the fabric is available, you can custom order any styles offered on our site. Delivery is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, BedHead ships to most countries in the world. Please note that MANY countries charge duty/tax when the shipment arrives in that country, which can often amount to 35% of the value of the shipment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
BedHead accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or C.O.D.

Is it too late to make changes to my order?
In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact BedHead with your order number. You may contact us at (888) 523-3432 and please remember to have your order number ready. We are open Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends a great deal on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 7 business days. A typical order shipped by UPS to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 4 to 8 business days to reach its destination once it is shipped.
What is your return policy?
BedHead wants to make sure you're happy with each and every purchase. If you're not satisfied with what you've bought, you can return/ exchange within 30 days from date of purchase less shipping costs. We also do not refund the cost of the giftbox (5.95.)

How do I process an exchange?
Please send the item back to: BedHead Pajamas 5200 Venice Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90019 Please make sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice or a note including your full name, address, and phone number. Let us know what item you would like in exchange, and we will charge or credit the credit card you originally used to place your order if there is a difference in price. Please also note that there is a $8 charge to send the new item back to you.
