A stunning textile made by renown artist Paul Laszlo, makes BedHead’s newest exclusive
pajama.
BedHead Pajamas is collaborating with LACMA on its October 1st opening of “Pacific
Standard Time”. This is a major exhibition with a catalogue of California Modernism
through 1964. This exhibition at LACMA will be one of several that will run concurrently
at different institutions and venues as part of the "Pacific Standard Time" theme.
A textile made by Paul Laszlo will be on exhibit at LACMA, which BedHead Pajamas
has exclusively used to create pajamas, t-shirts, boxers, table runners and napkins
that are available in the LACMA gift shop, the BedHead Pajamas web site, our Third
St. store in Los Angeles and our brand new Elizabeth St. store in NYC. The mid-century
modern motif in our Third St. location is what led to the connection to LACMA, and
this opportunity for collaboration.
Since the development of the Third St. flagship store, BedHead Pajamas owner/designer,
Renee Claire, began to publicly discuss the important influence that great designers
have had on her design choices and invites this golden opportunity to have the story
told in its entire dimension.
