Returns And Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Bedhead purchase, we would like to exchange your choice out for another color, size or style within 60 days from date of purchase, as long as the item is unused/unwashed and in its original condition.  If you would rather have a full refund please return within 60 days from date of purchase as long as the item is unused/unwashed and in its original condition. We will credit your card upon receipt of goods.
If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For all exchanges, you will be charged a flat-rate fee of $7.00 to send replacement items(s) back. If you do not want the credit card account on file to be refunded, we ask that you please include a separate credit card number along with the return. Please note, separate charges may apply for Canada and International orders.

Although we ship UPS Ground free of charge, if you exchange your purchase, a flat-rate fee of $7.00 will be deducted from the total refund. Please note, separate charges may apply for Canada and International orders.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Step1: Return/Exchange Request.

Please print out the Return/Exchange Form. It is imperative that you complete the ORDER, RETURN, and/or EXCHANGE sections of the form for us to process your return/exchange. Make sure you include the SKU#, style#, product name, color, size, quantity, and price. You can find the necessary information on your original invoice. If your computer is unable to print the Return/Exchange Form, email us at customerservice@bedheadpjs.com or call 323.634.0333 and include the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Billing and Shipping Addresses (if different)
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number (found at the top of your original invoice)
  • Items for Exchange
  • Reasons for Exchange

Step 2: Pack and Ship

Place the form with the items into a secure package (the original packaging if possible). Packages must be sent prepaid (insured if possible). We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. BedheadPJ's will only reimburse return shipping fees in the event that product was sent incorrect or is damaged or defective.

PROCESSING TIME

Depending upon how you ship your package and from where you ship your package back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive it. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Unfortunately at this time all online purchases must be returned/exchanged through our online store and all BedHeadPJs retail store purchases must be returned/exchanged through that retail store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
